I have been using a walker on and off for years. I cannot say enough nice things about it. We had this walker for my mom years ago, I use one myself, and I just bought this one for my dad. It is light enough I can lift it myself (I am not strong at all) but also very comfortable. I can bring it with me everywhere I need a comfortable place to sit and it has arm rests. I also love there is room to sit my purse in it next to me so I dont have to use public seating or set my purse on anything else. The stability of this style is just unmatched. The wheels have been good on almost all terrain. I have taken it on dirt trails and was still pretty smooth. It was even great when I was over 300lbs. and still useful even after losing all the weight. The only very small down side is that the paint does chip a little after years of wear (mine is over 10 years old) and I wish it came in other colors besides blue
